ABOUT ME:

I am a 16 year veteran homeschooling expert of two teens (both in college with 3.9 GPAs) and a 13 year volunteer for the Homeschool Association of CA (HSC.org). I first served on the phone line, then became the Phone Line Coordinator as well as a frequent speaker at the annual conference (hscconference.com). In September of 2018, I joined HSC's Board of Directors and performed the role of Secretary/Treasurer until October of 2020. I am a current volunteer, hosting Homeschooling 101 sessions. I am also a moderator for a Bay Area gifted homeschool support group, moderator for BAHAS, a google homeschool support group, moderator for SF Bay Area Homeschool Network FB Group, and I host nerf battles via www.ragnarocktoberfest.com.

As a homeschool expert, I have been featured in multiple major media outlets and have 16 years of research and lived experience homeschooling all the way to college to help me guide parents just like you in their journey to understand how homeschooling works.
